How to calibrate the gas detection products before we use them?

Before use, the target gas is used to detect and calibrate all gas detection products. Once used, there is no need to re-calibrate . If necessary , the calibration should be verified at least once every six months.

Since most electrochemical sensors are linear, only a single point of calibration is required. The concentration of the gas used should represent the actual concentration in the environment, especially the upper limit alarm line concentration of the gas detector. When it cannot be specified, use the sensor upper limit alarm concentration.
