• S-801 is a super tackifying resin which can create high and long-term tackiness for natural or synthetic rubbers in mal-condition such ash at high or low temperature and keep the tackiness at same level for several weeks.this favors the storage and turnover of rubber semi-products;

• S-801 can improve the ground grip of tire and increased the friction coefficient between the tire and ground(no matter dry,wet or snow ground) but without affecting the abrasion;

• S-801 doesn’t affect rubber vulcanization process and doesn’t change the physical characteristics of the vulcanized rubber.so users can enjoy improved process reliability;  

• S-801 enjoys better dispersion of carbon black;

• S-801 improves resistance of rubber goods to ageing caused by exposure to heat and dynamic load;

• S-801 can improve rubber extrudability;

• Gasoline solution with 2~50% S-801 can act as adhesive for non-stick dry-wet two layers films.it can improve the tackiness between rubber and lining materials such as metal and fiber.in order to form the adhesive layer,upper rubber should be dissolved in gasoline solution with S-801.

Usage guideline

• Add S-801 at the early stage of banbury

• Dosage:
      Rubber mixing :2~5 phr
      Gasoline solution: 10~15 phr
